Simon joined Griffiths & Armour in 2005, after starting his career in the Royal Insurance Graduate Training programme, followed by a period of underwriting and Risk Control Surveying.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and also holds a Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
His areas of speciality include Property, Health & Safety, and Motor Fleet Risk Management, with a focus on the Public Sector, Higher Education, and Charity and Not for Profit Sectors.
Simon became Risk Management Director in 2021 and has been involved in several development initiatives within the Business Risk Division spanning various sectors.
