With extensive experience in FCA regulatory compliance, data protection and GDPR, Nick is our Group Compliance Director and joined Griffiths & Armour in 1999.
Nick spearheads initiatives to ensure compliance across the company, focusing most recently on the roll-out of the Consumer Duty rules and principles, a key FCA project aimed at providing further protection to customers. This project is critical in guaranteeing that clients receive fair value and achieve positive outcomes. Nick is also instrumental in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive policy awareness system, which provides colleagues with a platform to engage with policies and procedures and monitor their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in our regulated field.
Additionally, Nick oversees the annual renewal of our Chartered Insurance Broker status, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of professional excellence.
Involved in several key group initiatives, Nick is an active member of the ESG Management Committee and the Information Security Committee, supporting Griffiths & Armour’s commitment to sustainability and security.
