Laura is our Group HR Director, having joined Griffiths & Armour in 2005, progressing from HR Assistant to HR Manager, and subsequently to her current role. With considerable HR Generalist experience, Laura is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive environment that provides meaningful development opportunities for everyone to thrive and achieve their potential, and above all to enjoy their work.
Laura leads a fantastic team of dedicated HR professionals who are committed to providing the highest levels of service across the whole scope of HR responsibilities, supporting the objectives of the business, and in particular the Group’s ESG agenda. Recent initiatives have included rolling out a mental health wellbeing programme, the first phase being the introduction of a team of certified Mental Health First Aiders, and the continued evolution of our successful Graduate Recruitment Programme. The team are keenly working on various exciting, developing projects which will continue to build on the positive and supportive culture of which the business is rightly proud.
