Paul joined Griffiths & Armour on the graduate scheme in 2004 having completed a Mathematics degree at the University of Leeds. Upon completion of the scheme, he has fulfilled numerous roles within the Insurance Broking division whilst supporting and developing a wide range of clients across various industries and professions. Paul has extensive experience in International Insurance program structure and design and strong technical knowledge.
Paul became a director of Griffiths & Armour in 2015 and became a Partner in 2020 with specific responsibilities for International business and relations. He sits on the board of Assurex Global, the largest privately held insurance broker partnership in the world and chairs the EMEA Steering Committee. Paul is a chartered insurance broker and a past president of the Insurance Institute of Liverpool.
