After completing his studies, Andrew joined Griffiths & Armour in 1997. He has a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and is a member of the Business Risk Leadership team.
His areas of specialty include Further Education, Logistics, Manufacturing and Consulting Engineers. He has also sat on the Broker Advisory Board of a major insurer and mentored new starters on how insurance brokers handle claims. Andrew was heavily involved with the implementation of Griffiths & Armour’s claims management system and its integration with Acturis.
Becoming Associate Director in 2008 and Claims Division Director in 2023, he continues to lead the claims team in our Business Risks Division and advises a diverse portfolio of clients.
