British Insurance Brokers' Association
What is the British Insurance Brokers' Association?
Griffiths & Armour has been a member of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) since 2006.
BIBA is the UK’s leading general insurance intermediary organisation representing the interests of insurance brokers, intermediaries and their clients. It is the voice of the sector, advising members, Government, regulators, consumer bodies and other stakeholders on key insurance issues.
How does Griffiths & Armour work with BIBA?
We proactively work with BIBA to support their efforts, with a number of our team participating in key forum:
Carl Evans, Griffiths & Armour Group Chief Executive for Professional Risks, sits on the BIBA Board and is the current Chair of the BIBA Larger Brokers’ Advisory Board; Matt MacLaren participates in the Insurance Brokers Standards Committee; and Craig Roberts sits on the Liability and Accident Committee, providing insight on professional indemnity insurance matters
This activity assists BIBA’s efforts to maintain a stable insurance market environment which enables our team to continually deliver first class insurance solutions for our clients. Our work with BIBA helps to sustain an insurance industry which acts in the clients’ best interests.
